Spread out the register of Vietnamese hair wash in Hsinchu and that’s the whole list — three lines, one station per district: 金星 in North District, 富國島 in East District, Win Spa out in Xinfeng-Hukou. This piece doesn’t tour them one by one. It’s a dispatch sheet: wherever you are, that’s your station.
Incoming inspection: three station specs
金星越式洗髮 新竹旗艦店, No. 202-2 Beida Rd — 4.9 stars, 2,690-plus reviews, phone 03 526 1666. Its review volume runs more than four times the other two stations combined, and it’s about a ten-minute walk up Beida Road from TRA Hsinchu Station. The cost of that volume is written into the time-slot column below.
富國島越式養生會館, No. 248 Minsheng Rd, East District — 4.7 stars, 410-plus reviews, phone 03 515 3713. The sign says wellness house, and the shoulder-and-neck share of the session runs a little heavier than the hair. The storefront is understated; first-timers, don’t hesitate at the door.
Win Spa 越式洗髮, No. 136 Ren’ai Rd, Fenghuang Village, Hukou — 4.9 stars, 180-plus reviews, bookings at 0987 026 557. Smallest file of the three, but it’s the only Vietnamese hair wash on record in Xinfeng-Hukou — people out here used to drive into the city for this. No longer. TRA Hukou and Xinfeng stations both sit in this living circle, about twenty minutes to Hsinchu Station.
Dispatch by address
City and North District people: 金星. Weekday afternoons two to five, a same-day call gets you in; after seven on weekday evenings the office crowd lands, budget half an hour of waiting; Saturday and Sunday afternoons run at capacity, call a day ahead. Walk-ins mostly end up sitting outside.
Coming off science-park hours: 富國島 is on your way — Guangfu Road or Gongdao 5th Road into the city takes fifteen to twenty minutes, and Minsheng Road sits right on that line. Weekday evenings book far easier than 金星; sort out dinner and the rest of the night from the East District page while you’re at it.
Hukou and Xinfeng people: Win Spa. Don’t drive into the city. The half hour of round trip you save is worth another round of scalp work. Nights out here wind down early anyway — the Xinfeng-Hukou page is honest about that; for dinner after, Zhubei is fifteen to twenty minutes away.
Only free on weekends and set on 金星 specifically? Accept the queue, or drop the fixation one grade: 富國島’s weekend is looser than 金星’s.
Shared process parameters
One session, sixty to ninety minutes: two or three wash rounds, scalp pressure work, a facial wash, shoulders and neck, blow-dry to finish. You walk out door-ready — no second wash at home. The going rate band is NT$600–1,200; each station’s menu and add-ons shift, posted prices are final, and this site doesn’t print numbers it hasn’t verified.
This is a wet process.
If you have a formal occasion that night and a hairstyle to protect, reschedule; contact lens wearers, take them out before the facial stage. Same at all three stations.
The massage hand-off
Vietnamese hair wash covers head, shoulders and neck. If you want the whole body worked open, each district has a receiving station. North District’s is 群豐養生會館-新竹旗艦店 at No. 139 Jingguo Rd Sec. 2 — 4.9 stars, 3,600-plus reviews, the thickest file in the district. East District’s 新竹竹風足體養身會館 sits at No. 288 Minsheng Rd — 4.6 stars, 810-plus — same street as 富國島, a few steps away. Hukou’s 絡境 經絡調理 at No. 25 Zhongshan 1st St — 4.8 stars, 140-plus — works the meridian-conditioning line.

Stepping out
Out of 金星, head south: the City God Temple is at No. 75 Zhongshan Rd, under ten minutes on foot, and most temple-plaza stalls run until nine or ten at night — order your eating by the local’s guide. In no hurry? The brick shophouses of Beimen Old Street are inside the same walking circle.
