Wenlin Rd: three big houses, 8,900-plus reviews
Three shops, side by side.
No. 102, 森SPA足體養生館 - 士林館, 4.8 stars and over 3,950 reviews, the most-reviewed massage shop on file in Shilin. No. 135, 夯足足體養生會館 Hang Foot Massage, over 3,300 reviews, 4.7 stars. No. 69, 指舞春秋足體養生會館 士林會館, over 1,600 reviews, 4.3 stars.
Together that is more than 8,900 reviews. The number means one thing: on Friday and Saturday nights from nine to eleven, the night-market crowd pours straight into these three, and a half-hour wait is normal. Weekday afternoons from two to six, take your pick.
All three do foot massage in forty- to ninety-minute sets, roughly NT$800 to 1,200 an hour, posted prices rule. For oils or Thai, move to the next street.
Zhongzheng Rd: from No. 200 to No. 637
MRT Shilin Station is at Zhongzheng Rd 215. A row of small shops starts at the exit, numbers climbing, styles neatly staggered.
No. 200, 錫安泰式按摩養生館 siam thai massage, over 210 reviews, 4.3 stars. No. 211, 明易足體按摩 士中館, a hundred-odd reviews, 4.8 stars. No. 301, second floor, 佳倍莉SPA士林捷運館, a perfect score and over 1,200 reviews, the only shop on this street past a thousand, sells SPA courses and needs a booking. No. 381, Dr.撥運動按摩 台北士林店 創新調理, a perfect score and 101 reviews, for sports injuries; no listed phone, book online.
Farther north, No. 622, 清邁星辰泰式養生館-士林, over 210 reviews, 4.7 stars, and No. 637, 新泰屋泰式養生館, two hundred-odd reviews, 4.6 stars. Both sit some distance from the market and are emptier on weekend nights.

Tianmu: reservation-only, not walking distance
Tianmu East Rd 38, 6星集按摩會館(天母會館), over 830 reviews, 4.3 stars; No. 55, 三不五時AT TIMES養生莊園丨Massage Spa丨士林按摩, over 430 reviews. Sec. 2 of Zhongcheng Rd 55, 12th floor, Eunice SPA 高島屋旗艦館, 4.9 stars and 601 reviews; Sec. 6 of Zhongshan North Rd 134, second floor, 逗Doll Spa台北天母店, a perfect score and over 580 reviews.
Most shops here are upstairs, most sell courses, and per-person spend often starts at NT$1,500, posted prices rule.
From Jiantan Station it is a ride: about twenty minutes by bus, ten-odd by taxi. This side does not catch the night-market exodus; it serves Tianmu residents and the after-work crowd. The sequel Tianmu Thai massage covered the shops around Tai He Xuan, so no repeat here.
There is a shop literally named “Shilin Massage Picks”
Fuzhi Rd 120, registered name 士林按摩推薦, 4.6 stars and 470 reviews. It is not this site’s recommendation label; the owner chose the name.
Maybe half the people searching this keyword are looking for it. It sits east of MRT Shilin Station, about ten minutes on foot, check a map for the exact route. It runs as a SPA house; call 02 2836 0055 first to ask for an open bed.
Parking, and one warning
The Jihe Rd multistory garage runs about NT$30 to 60 an hour, five minutes to Wenlin Rd. Street spaces on Tianmu East Rd and Sec. 2 of Zhongcheng Rd are easy at night.
The warning is for this person: Saturday, ten p.m., fresh out of the night market, four people, no phone call made. The three Wenlin Rd houses are full, the Zhongzheng Rd shops have few beds, and you will stand under an arcade for twenty minutes. Either massage at seven and eat after, or call ahead.
