Hair wash plus scalp, shoulders and face, lying down, 60–90 minutes. Book for weekends; weekday slots before seven are easier. Yizusong Health Hall, 3F of Sec. 1 No. 880 (150-plus, five stars), foot-focused, no street frontage. Fuyanliu Aroma Lounge Bade at No. 942 (108, five stars), oil line. Yali Beauty Spa, Guangfeng Mall Bade at Gongyuan Rd No. 96 (110-plus) — the name gives the location. Zuxingjia Wellness at Guangfu Rd No. 172 (470-plus, 4.4) is the closest thing to a foot hall here — kind prices, no booking, open to around eleven; Muyan Wellness at Guangfu Rd No. 967 (60-plus) is small. Logic of this zone: mall and cinema first, a session at nine. Vietnamese hair-wash stops after nine, so schedule it earlier; foot can go last.
Xingren zone: foot and Thai around the market
Xingren Garden Night Market isn't nightly — set days only; check the week before you go. That fact sets this zone's routing. Zuqingting Foot Wellness at Fengde 2nd Rd No. 76 (420-plus, 4.9), the zone's top-rated foot shop; Hanyang Foot Wellness at Fengde Rd No. 328 1F (180-plus, 4.9) on the same road. Zuwang Thai Wellness at Dongyong 1st Rd No. 90 (310-plus, 4.2), 90 minutes up; Xinyuan Thai at Fengtian 1st Rd No. 132 (160-plus) and Badong Thai at Zhongyong 5th St No. 8 (70-plus) complete the Thai set. Qiu Yingxin Beauty Spa in Lane 216 of Zhongyong St (410-plus, five stars) is facials first, massage second; Shangcai Wellness at Jianguo Rd No. 1162 (270-plus, 4.5), traditional tuina.
Market night
On market days the area jams after six, so reverse the order: massage first, then the market. Zuqingting or Zuwang at five-thirty, out by seven as the crowd builds. Park scooters further out and walk; don't hunt for a car space by the market. Want another session after? Only foot is open — Hanyang or Zuxingjia. Do it the other way and you'll find Thai and beauty spas closed by nine.
Non-market night
Guangfeng zone is the main stage. Mall runs into the evening; dinner, film, Vietnamese hair-wash before nine, or Guangfu Rd foot after ten. For singing, the Bade KTV at Guangfeng piece lines up the mall's two KTVs with a massage finish; chain KTV means Taoyuan Station, about fifteen minutes.
Prices and a few plain truths
Vary by shop; posted prices rule. Roughly: Vietnamese hair-wash NT$600–1,000, foot NT$500–800, Thai 90 minutes around NT$1,200, oil spa from NT$1,500.
