Zhongli massage has been written several times; the district survey and the foot-massage deep dive both covered the recliner halls. This piece switches to a different kind of shop: the ten registered as SPA houses, private rooms, oil courses, by reservation.
The difference first. Foot halls take walk-ins and bill by the clock, NT$800 to 1,200 a head; SPA houses start at ninety minutes, NT$1,500 to 2,500 is common, posted prices rule. If you want to wander in after a late snack, this piece is not for you.

Three map zones
Around SOGO is densest. Eunice on Sec. 1 of Zhongmei Rd, Lotus Hall in a lane off Sec. 2 of Yuanhua Rd, Mety at Xinsheng Rd 39, 2F, all within ten minutes of each other on foot. Park at SOGO (Yuanhua Rd 357) and walk.
Two behind the station. Glamxury at Jianxing Rd 6 and Deborah at Zhongzheng Rd 82, 3F, one minute from the TRA Zhongli rear exit and five from the front, the smoothest for anyone arriving by train.
One in Qingpu. NVEDA sits on Sec. 3 of Linghang South Rd near the Airport MRT A18 HSR Taoyuan Station, an option only for people living in Qingpu or arriving by high-speed rail, about fifteen minutes by taxi from downtown Zhongli.
Blue Star on Sec. 2 of Zhongbei Rd is near Chung Yuan; Zhenxing St and Wuguang 3rd St are residential, so navigate there and then call.
The rules of booking
One therapist per ninety-minute session. Fewer than five clients in an afternoon.
So Saturday from two to six and Friday nights are the hardest, book two or three days out. Weekday mornings from ten to two are loosest, and a same-day morning call usually works. The mobile-number shops (Blue Star, Chill, Simple Joy, Mety) do not pick up while working on a client; if it rings out, text a time slot rather than driving over.
Plainly: a SPA house has no “drop in and look around.”
Who should go to a foot hall instead
Three kinds of people.
Anyone wanting forty minutes and out. Anyone wanting under NT$1,000 a head. Anyone wanting a massage after midnight, since houses mostly take their last session around nine or ten; late-night sessions live in the big foot halls like Zhongfeng Rd 369, listed on the Zhongli massage list.
Getting home is simple: most people drive, SPA involves no alcohol, and driving back is fine. If you had a drink on Zhongyang West Rd before coming, leave the car and call a designated driver, and pick it up after.
