NT$500, 1,000, 2,000, three tiers. Not by district; the Zhongli nightlife guide already used five color blocks. Not by timeline; Zhongli Friday night already did that. This piece asks one thing: how much are you spending tonight. Every name and number comes from the Zhongli shop registry.
NT$500: Zhongyuan and Yanping Rd
The student tier.
Zhongyuan night market, with Chung Yuan Christian University at Zhongbei Rd 200, fills you for NT$200 a head. Zhongyuan night market late-night map covers the stall zones, not repeated here.
NT$300 left. Yanping Rd 645, B1, 歡唱天地卡拉ok, 4.6 stars and over 420, karaoke charged by drink minimum, around NT$200, posted prices rule. Small.Kitto 去哪酒吧 at Yanping Rd 552, B1, 4.9 stars and over 560, a student-priced bar, drinks around NT$200.
Or beer. Huanxi Rd Sec. 2 No. 415, 火燒島日式平價啤酒屋, 4 stars and over 910, “budget” is in the name, beer around NT$100 a bottle.
The warning for this tier: Zhongyuan night market after ten on Friday and Saturday is shoulder to shoulder and scooters cannot get in. Go on a weekday.
NT$1,000: Datong Rd at the station
The office-worker tier, one road end to end.
Out of TRA Zhongli Station, Datong Rd numbers ascending.
No. 28, 鳥一番居酒屋, 4.2 stars and 670, NT$500 a head. No. 61, 路人養生館, a perfect score and over 1,840, foot massage NT$800 to 1,200 an hour. No. 105, 1F, 一點酒意 · 桃花源 / 1.91 BISTRO, 4.6 stars and over 320. No. 136, 凱悅 中壢店, 4.8 stars and over 3,470, around NT$300 a head on weekday nights, book after eight on Friday and Saturday.

Skip Datong Rd for Zhongyang W. Rd. 叁匠居酒屋 at Sec. 2 No. 120-5, 4.4 stars and over 1,090; 太上皇泰式按摩養身館 at Sec. 1 No. 131, 4.8 stars and over 1,330, Thai from NT$1,200 for ninety minutes. 禾豐居酒屋(複合式) at Xingguo Rd 67, 4.8 stars and over 1,400, V bar 酒吧 at No. 45 with over 380.
Last TRA train around midnight. Most people in this tier have a train to catch; check your watch at half past eleven.
NT$2,000: Chunde Rd and Daren 2nd St
The tier that needs a booking.
Chunde Rd 101, 3F, Blu Bar, 4.9 stars and over 1,860, the most-reviewed bar on file in Zhongli, cocktails NT$300 to 450. Daren 2nd St 31, 中原貳貳壹 bistro 「暢飲專門店」, a perfect score and over 2,020, “free flow” is in the name, around NT$800 a head. LOCAL LAZE ｜餐酒館｜求婚、包場活動｜ at Daren 5th St 2 with over 710, the buyout type.
Massage in this tier is course-based. Zhongmei Rd Sec. 1 No. 5, Eunice SPA 中壢中美館, 4.9 stars and over 1,880, from NT$1,500 for ninety minutes, packages common, reservation-only. 謙和足體行館-中豐店（原大唐養生會館） at Zhongfeng Rd 369 with over 5,800, Zhongli’s top massage by review count, actually only around NT$1,000 a head.
Plainly put, NT$2,000 in Zhongli is not spent on expensive shops. It is spent on wanting three stops in one night.
All three need a booking on Friday and Saturday.
Getting there
TRA Zhongli Station, forty to fifty minutes from Taipei, last train around midnight. Airport MRT transfers at A22 Laojie River and A23 Zhongli. Driving, Freeway 1 Zhongli exit, park at SOGO (Yuanhua Rd 357) or a paid lot by the station; Friday and Saturday from seven to ten is hardest.
No driving after drinking. Taxis are easy at the station front, so are designated drivers.
