Dazhi lists one Thai house. One.
Zhongshan District registers 52 massage shops, seven of them Thai. Of those seven, exactly one sits on the Dazhi side of the district: No. 51 Lequn 3rd Rd. Search “Dazhi Thai massage” and a full page comes back; one door is actually walkable.
No. 51 Lequn 3rd Rd.
舒菲兒泰式按摩養生會館, 4.6 stars, 270-plus reviews, 02 8501 2728.
A few minutes on foot from either Jiannan Rd. or Dazhi station on the Wenhu Line, no transfer involved. Those 270-plus reviews put it mid-pack among Zhongshan’s seven Thai houses — not the thickest number, but inside Dazhi there is no second number to compare it against.
An hour of Thai runs about NT$800–1,200, ninety minutes NT$1,200–1,800, posted rates final.
Decide which trade you want first. Thai means loose clothes, stretching, compression — no oil, no soles. Walk into this one wanting your feet done and the shop generally can’t swap the treatment. That cluster lives on the Zhongshan massage listings: 21 foot-work shops, three times the Thai count.
When It’s Full, Go East
This is the part the article exists for.
Dazhi’s fallback isn’t inside Zhongshan. Take away Lequn 3rd Rd. and the remaining six Thai houses all sit around Minsheng E. Rd., Jianguo N. Rd., Fuxing N. Rd. and Jinzhou St., which means riding into the city centre first — and after eight at night that stretch is the slowest part of the trip.
East is closer.
Three stops east of Dazhi station is Gangqian, and Gangqian Rd. has Thai houses at consecutive numbers: No. 103 is 泰心禾泰式spa按摩港墘1館, 4.7 stars and 1,700-plus reviews, 02 2795 6882; No. 113 is 泰心禾泰式spa(港墘2館)泰式指壓油壓舒壓按摩, 4.8 stars and 300-plus; No. 137 is 泰鑫殿泰式SPA養生會館-港墘館, 4.2 stars and 160-plus. That 1,700-plus is the heaviest Thai review count anywhere on this side of the river — six times what Lequn 3rd Rd. carries.
Under ten minutes of travel. Three shops on one street, so when the first is full the second is a few dozen metres along. Dazhi doesn’t offer that.
The Other Six, For The Record
The biggest is 泰和殿泰式按摩 at No. 88, Sec. 2 Minsheng E. Rd. — 4.7 stars, 1,900-plus reviews, 02 2581 3338. If you want one call that lands and you’d rather not gamble on whether a small shop has a therapist free tonight, dial that.
The remaining five are small. 悅來莊泰式頂級舒壓 at No. 516-2 Fuxing N. Rd. carries 440-plus reviews; 荷采泰式養生館 on Sec. 2 Jianguo N. Rd. has 290-plus; 可娜泰式按摩 at 1F, No. 117, Sec. 3 Jianguo N. Rd. runs 4.8 stars on 103 reviews and lists a mobile, 0958 038 639; the shop simply named 泰式按摩 at No. 150 Jinzhou St. sits at 4.4 on 120; and 靜好溫室•泰式按摩 at 1F, No. 83-28, Sec. 2 Minsheng E. Rd. holds a perfect score on 30-plus reviews with no phone registered here — online channels only.
A perfect score on 30-odd reviews means what it sounds like: one or two tables, a thin sample. Fine as a backup, not as the plan.
Two Bookings I’d Talk You Out Of
Four people, nine on a Friday night, no phone call, standing outside No. 51 Lequn 3rd Rd. Thai houses run few rooms, and at that hour Dazhi has no second shop to absorb you. Either book before seven or move the whole evening to Gangqian.
The other is booking Thai when you meant foot work. On any price list those are separate lines; get it wrong and the shop can move your time, not your treatment.
Two to six on a weekday afternoon is the loosest stretch here, and same-day calls usually land. If you’ve been drinking, don’t schedule stretching — push it to tomorrow, leave the car, call a driver. How this side of the river settles after dark is in the Neihu after-work route and on Zhongshan; the city-wide Thai spread is laid out in Taipei Thai massage.
