Banqiao's singing map is one MRT Blue Line.
Six listed KTVs, Fuzhong to Jiangzicui, all within four stations. Which exit you climb out of decides which door you enter. Every venue is from the Banqiao KTV list.
Fuzhong: the top rating lives here
Cashbox Party YES KTV Banqiao, B1 of Fuzhong Rd No. 126 — 3,300-plus reviews, 4.9, highest of the six and the station's main act. Three minutes from MRT Fuzhong; the Fuzhong stir-fry and izakaya strip is next door, so eat first without moving. After eight on Friday and Saturday this is the hardest room in Banqiao to book. Weekday afternoons it's empty and cheapest.
Sing Forever, 5F of Nanmen St No. 61 — 48 reviews, 4.8. Small, few rooms, regulars. Not for crowds; three or four people wanting a quiet night, exactly right.
Banqiao Station: chain battleground
Out of Banqiao Station, Cashbox Banqiao at Guanqian W. Rd No. 6 has 5,300-plus reviews and the most rooms in town. Big group, buffet, birthday — book here. The station stacks three rail lines; Taipei is fifteen minutes by MRT, and leaving is easiest here too.
Holiday Back-Station at Guanqian E. Rd No. 106, 1,700-plus reviews, 4.1. Same station, east versus west, under ten minutes apart when Cashbox is full. Same pricing logic: per head by slot, weekday afternoons cheapest, Friday-Saturday eight to dawn dearest. Parking is plentiful in the New Banqiao district — Global Mall, Far Eastern — at NT$30–50 an hour. If you drove, don't drink.
Jiangzicui: the biggest non-chain
MeNight KTV at Chongqing Rd No. 71 — 2,000-plus reviews, 4.4. Banqiao's largest non-chain, newer room design, younger crowd, walkable from MRT Jiangzicui and a natural follow-on from the Jiangcui bistros. Pricing differs from the chains; ask about minimum spend and slot transitions when booking. This stretch runs a tier quieter than the station — Friday nights when both Cashbox branches and Party are full, Chongqing Rd often still has rooms; the downside is fewer places to continue afterwards.
Puqian: only if you're passing
Holiday KTV Puqian, B1 of Sanmin Rd Sec. 1 No. 183 — 870-plus reviews, 4.1. On the Banqiao-Zhonghe border, no direct MRT; drivers and riders only. Upside: fewer people, better weekend walk-in odds than the station pair.
When not to come
Friday and Saturday, eight to ten, no booking. All six fill at once and the people waiting outnumber the rooms. To save money, in by three on a weekday and out before six; for atmosphere without crush, Thursday night.
The after-singing route is in the Banqiao night guide: eat in Fuzhong, sing at the station, foot massage on Minquan to finish. To compare across districts, the New Taipei KTV guide brings in Xinzhuang and Zhonghe. Last MRT around midnight; after that, cab or designated driver — Banqiao has no shortage of late taxis.
