Sanchong’s night does not run on a clock. It runs on house numbers.
Seventy-six shops on file: 45 massage houses, 27 izakayas and bistros, 4 karaoke rooms. No clubs. For dancing or a DJ, cross Taipei Bridge. Every name and figure below is copied from the Sanchong shop pages.
First, the three stations
MRT Taipei Bridge sits at Chongxin Rd Sec 1 No. 108, B1. Cailiao at Chongxin Rd Sec 3 No. 150, B1. Sanchong Station at Jieyun Rd No. 36.
One road, Chongxin, strings the first two together — five to ten minutes on foot per segment. Sanchong Station leans on Zhengyi N Rd and Ziqiang Rd instead. Zhonghe-Xinlu line’s last train is around midnight, Taipei Metro’s notice rules.
Chongxin Rd Sec 2: three jobs, one road
Exit Taipei Bridge toward Cailiao. Numbers climb from single digits.
No. 46-6, 老味噌居酒屋 - 三重店, over 2,700 reviews and 4.8 stars. No. 29, 炭伙 居酒屋, over 1,700 and 4.8. Fewer than twenty house numbers apart.
No need to change streets after. No. 23, 3F, is Eunice SPA三重天台館 (910 reviews, 4.8). No. 114 holds SUN越式洗髮, over 3,000 and a perfect score, the thickest on this stretch; the signage advertises late-night hair washing, so the hours skew late. Closing time per posted notice.
Zhengyi N Rd: singing at the head, massage mid-road
No. 6 is 摩羯座KTV, over 2,700 reviews and 4.6 stars, phone 02 2987 9966. Of Sanchong’s four karaoke rooms it is the biggest; the list lives on the Sanchong KTV page.
Then the numbers jump: No. 322, 御仙堂三重健康會館, over 920; No. 366-2, 芭達雅泰式養生會館, over 850 and 4.6. Walking No. 6 to No. 366 is not one block — fifteen minutes at least. Ride if you can.
Two bars hide in the lanes: 一村小酒館-Oaktown burger grill at Zhengyi S Rd Lane 86 No. 25, and AURA at No. 19, 1F of the same lane, both 4.9. Air Force Village stands at No. 9, same lane.
Chongyang Rd and Ziqiang Rd: the two thickest
Chongyang Rd Sec 3 No. 103, 老串角居酒屋-三重店, over 5,000 reviews and 4.9 stars, phone 02 2989 8997. Friday and Saturday from seven to nine without a booking, a wait is normal; weekdays after eight you walk in.
Chongyang Rd Sec 1 No. 1 is 好樂迪KTV 新北重陽店, over 2,600 and 4.0.
Ziqiang Rd Sec 1 No. 230, 柒息地串燒居酒屋三重自強店, over 2,900 and 4.9, the district’s second thickest. No. 42 on the same stretch has 檸檬樹泰國古式推拿, over 670. One more hides here: 豪情卡拉OK, 4.0 and over 240, an old-school basement karaoke room; address and hours per the shop’s own notice.
Longmen Rd: thirty meters
No. 31, 1F, 一起烤串-三重店 串燒居酒屋, a perfect score and over 660.
No. 32, 1F, 八方悅足體養生會館, over 2,000 and 4.8.
One house number apart, across the road. Eat, cross, lie down — under thirty meters, the least legwork in Sanchong. No. 237, 1F adds 三重宏仁堂足體養生刮痧拔罐修腳皮指甲, over 3,000 and a perfect score, the massage category’s highest. Appointment-only studios are common here, so walk-ins often strike out.
Sanhe Rd and Zhongyang N Rd: the supper end
Sanhe Night Market is on Zhongyang N Rd, stalls to around midnight, NT$200 to 300 a head. 1997Bar 壹玖酒柒 (perfect score, over 1,300) sits in the same block at Zhongyang N Rd Lane 15 No. 13 — a few steps if you want to sit down with a drink after.
Chongxin Bridge Market is at Shuhong 16th Rd No. 1, directly under the bridge. That is a daytime and pre-dawn market, not a supper spot, and it gets confused often. How to eat the night market is in the local way to walk Sanhe; what stays open past midnight is in the Sanchong late-night map.

Do not drive these stretches on a weekend
Lots along Chongxin Rd run NT$20 to 40 an hour, the easiest problem to solve here. Do not chance the lanes near Sanhe Night Market; towing is active.
The shops on Jimei St, Jiying Rd and Xingde Rd all sit a distance from the MRT. Ride or call a car.
As for the small hours: stalls and the pre-dawn market shut early, izakayas and karaoke carry the rest, but Monday through Thursday most empty out after eleven. A third round only works Friday and Saturday.
Last call
If you drank, leave the car where it is.
