Zhonghe has forty massage and SPA houses on our register. It has no massage street.
The shops are spread over three MRT stations and one road. Wandering only makes sore legs worse. Choose the station, then choose the shop.
How to read this index
Each station lists address, star rating and review count, all taken from our shop registry. Read the review count before the stars: five stars over a few dozen reviews is common, 4.9 over a thousand is not. Prices are not in the registry. The going rate is roughly NT$800-1,200 for an hour of foot massage and NT$1,500-2,500 for ninety minutes of oil SPA; posted prices on site prevail.
01 Jing'an: the interchange, home turf of the after-work crowd
MRT Jing'an stands at 486 Jingping Road, where the Zhonghe-Xinlu Line meets the Circular Line, so Banqiao and Xindian arrive without a detour through Taipei. Two houses put the station in their name: Eunice SPA 中和景安館 at 7 Zhongzheng Road, 4.9 over 103 reviews, and In Beauty Spa中和景安店 at 2F, 216 Jing'an Road, 4.8 over 166. 太苑修身會所 at 25 Jing'an Road holds 4.9 over 227.
Two more on Jingping Road. 藍碧足體養生館 at No. 150, 4.9 over 285. 東森REGAL CLUB & SPA 中和幸福旗艦店 at No. 258 — its registered address warns that the entrance is not the mall's front door; you go in from No. 268 on the left. First-timers, don't circle the block.
Weekday evenings after work are the crush here. If you want a particular therapist, phone in the afternoon.
02 Nanshijiao: a row on Jieyun Road, a cluster on Heping Street
The densest stop in the district. WISH SPA at 2F, 109 Jieyun Road, 4.9 over 365; Weiliya維麗雅芳香精油按摩（預約制）, booking only, at 7F-1, No. 119, five stars over 236; 移花宮古法頭療-中和店, a head-therapy house, at 1F, No. 139, five stars over 195. All three are a short walk apart and none duplicates another: oil, oil by appointment, head therapy.
Heping Street is tighter still. 御仙堂中和會館 at No. 25-2 carries 900 reviews at 4.6; next door at No. 25, 京星民俗調理養生館 has 215; 紅花油健康館 at No. 17 does full-body tuina, five stars over 347. On Xinsheng Street, 奧黛藍越式洗頭-88中和店-永和 at B1, No. 122 (4.9 over 303) is the Vietnamese hair-wash option for people who want to lie down and be shampooed.
Huaxin Street is a five-to-ten-minute walk from this station. The Burmese kitchens wind down around 8pm, so eat first and get the massage after — the reverse leaves you hunting supper on an empty stomach. Food notes are in Huaxin Street's Burmese night.
03 Circular Line Zhonghe and Global Mall: the driver's stop
The Circular Line's Zhonghe station is at 316 Zhongshan Road Section 2. 來來按摩 at No. 226 holds 4.7 over 142. 林朵拉的按摩工作室（限女性）LINE預約制 at 4F, No. 32, Lane 3 — women only, LINE booking — holds five stars over 550; the name states the rules.
122 Zhongshan Road Section 3 is Global Mall, and 指舞春秋足體養生會館 on its 2F has 650 reviews at 4.2. That is on the low side for this index, but it has what the other stops lack: a garage at NT$30-50 an hour. Driving in and catching a film as well? Reasonable. Coming only for a massage? The first two stations give you better choices.
04 Liancheng Road: not by a station, by scooter

Off the stations, deepest in reviews
大腳將軍足體按摩會館-中和館 at 81 Minle Road, 4.9 over 1,678, phone 02 2222 1177. 筋舞門足體養生會館 at 1F, 78 Juguang Road, five stars over 1,351. 心悟禪足體養生館 at 163 Zhonghe Road, 4.8 over 689. All three are large foot-massage houses. Sore feet: just go.
When not to come
Walk in unbooked on a weekend night and even the big houses will make you wait. Skip heavy pressure straight after drinking — sober up first, and if you drank, take a taxi or a designated driver home. Cold snaps fill the foot-massage houses; from December to February, book a day ahead.
