There is no massage street. The shops scatter over six or seven roads, and those roads all reach each other — you never need half an hour of driving to compare two houses. Cross Fuhe Bridge and you are in Taipei, but a massage does not require the bridge.
Why this index runs by street
Yonghe has two MRT stations. Dingxi sits at B1, Sec. 2 of Yonghe Rd 168; Yong'an Market is registered at Zhonghe Rd 388 in Zhonghe District. The two catchments are fused, so sorting by station leaves half the shops in a grey zone that is near neither. Streets are the honest unit.

Fuhe Road: six houses, the densest run
Fuhe is the spine of this index. 左右手視障按摩養生會館 at No. 108 holds 4.8 stars over 594 reviews, the deepest review count among the district's blind-masseur houses; No. 187 has the second, 奇摩指kimochi視障按摩, 4.4 over 291. 天地人健康推拿（就是推拿） at No. 269 carries 4.8 over 154. Then 優慢解壓所 永和 at No. 286, 4.9 over 266; 芮薇荷夢幻森林spa 永和店 at No. 316-2 with 124 reviews on the oil side; 芳華越式洗髮 at No. 50 with 70, the lie-down-and-get-your-hair-washed option. Six houses, four approaches, no need to change streets to compare.

Zhulin and Zhongzheng: where the big houses are
Five on Zhulin Road: 指舞按讚 經絡會館 at No. 63, 4.7 over 455; 放筋鬆運動按摩永和館 at No. 164, five stars over 394, sports-massage style; 詩嫚特Smarter spa紓壓(永和店) at 5F, No. 222, 4.9 over 323; SPAU佳利安美生館 - 永和直營店 at 2F, No. 214, 195 reviews; 佐登妮絲專業SPA_永和福和店 at 1F, No. 35, 122. Zhulin crosses Fuhe, so walk the two as one loop: eleven houses.
Zhongzheng carries more weight. 菲妮娜泰式按摩養生館 at 1F, No. 89 is the district's leading Thai house at 4.9 over 1,603; Eunice SPA 永和中正館 at No. 346, 4.8 over 481; 指舞小春秋足體養生館 永和店 at 2F, No. 101, 392 reviews. 溫養健康美學館-新北永和牛角舒筋 at No. 3, Lane 286 is tucked inside the lane with five stars over 207 — copy the lane number down before you go.
By MRT Dingxi: the signs are upstairs
永和太原養生會館旗艦店 at Sec. 1 of Yonghe Rd 57 holds 4.6 over 1,679, the district's second-deepest review count, on the stretch running from Dingxi station toward Lehua Night Market. Two more sit high up: 黛寶拉SPA 頂溪館 at 12F, Sec. 2 of Yonghe Rd 26-1 with 137 reviews, and 永和32按摩會館 yonghe32.spa (創始館) at 3F-2, Sec. 2 No. 32, 4.9 over 171. Memorize the floor; the street gives you nothing to look at.
Two on Sec. 1 of Zhongshan Rd: 逗Doll Spa 新北永和店 at No. 81, 4.9 over 984, and VIVISPA 永和比漾館 at 2F, No. 232, 4.8 over 275.

Thai pressure runs heavy. Say so at the door if you bruise easily. Half a star separates these four, so read two pages of reviews before picking.
These ones need a phone call first
Studios, always. 明日晴工作坊（按摩護膚）單次消費 預約制 at 5F, No. 10, Alley 31, Lane 144, Wenhua Rd — five stars over 172 — writes the rule into its own name: residential lane, fifth floor, no booking means standing downstairs. 美薇思養生會館 at Minguang St 9, 69 reviews, lists no landline in the registry; same deal.
Big houses are the opposite. The ones on Fuhe and Zhongzheng usually take you on a weekday afternoon. Friday night and the weekend, don't gamble.
Eating at Lehua first — what time that actually means
樂華夜市 runs along Yongping Rd, main stalls to around midnight, later on weekends, peak crush between eight and nine. So the real timetable for "eat first, massage after" is: leave the market at ten thirty, and forty minutes of foot work fits. Want ninety minutes of oil? 錢櫃KTV永和樂華店 at Sec. 1 of Yonghe Rd 129, 4.1 stars over thirty-eight hundred reviews, sits in the same block and is the only KTV on the district register. Singing then a massage works, except most houses have closed by the small hours. If you have been drinking, skip the deep pressure, sit and sober up first — and leave the car where it is. Call a designated driver or a cab; crossing the bridge back to Taipei is one meter drop.
At Yong'an Market, just cross the line
Yong'an Market station is registered in Zhonghe; you walk a few minutes out of it before you are properly in Yonghe. 舒可泰SPA會館 at Zhonghe Rd 585, 4.5 over 199, carries a Yonghe address while sitting right on that seam. Don't let the district boundary box you in: Zhonghe lists forty houses, indexed in the Zhonghe massage and SPA guide, three MRT stops away, and one evening covers both. Once the northeast monsoon arrives in late October, evening slots start filling. December through February, book a day ahead for weekends.
